Hunter/Gatherer

Here's a short story for a one-shot little anthology we are publishing (along with fellow artists Mariano Laclaustra, Agustin Calcagno and writer Alejandro Sparano) to coincide with this year's New York Comic Con.
It's called Days Unnumbered and it's made of two post-apocalyptic, text-free short stories. Come visit our table (BB18 at the Artist's Alley) and get a printed copy.
My part in it is called "Hunter/Gatherer" and you can read it now. I wrote and drew it with some script assistance from Alejandro Sparano.

Found in a book market: Cartoon Jobs for Beginners, by Howard Boughner

An interesting window at what a career in illustration may have looked like back in the late 50's (I guess?)
Laugh or cry stuff, I guess.

New York, New York

I'll be attending New York Comic Con this year, and for the second time I'll have a table at the Artist Alley (table CC6). I'll also be attending the official opening of an exposition at the Society of Illustrators titled Chip Kidd's Batman Black & White: The Sketch Covers. A commission sketch I did for Mr. Kidd's collection last year is part of it (the list of talent included is incredible, you can check it out here), so I'm double excited to be in NY again this year.
Here's some commissions I did recently, hope to see you around.

New stuff coming up.

First page from a very interesting collective group book I'm working on.
Inks and final color, for those who care for this sort of thing.
